The Role
Joining our lighting supply and design team.
Lightmaster is looking for an enthusiastic internal sales and procurement executive to join our lighting supply and design team. You will work closely with the sales and design teams, manage day to day communication with customers and suppliers, and maintain accurate stock levels and product information.

Key Responsibilities
Orders, suppliers, stock and the people around them.
You will support internal sales by managing customer enquiries, processing orders and coordinating with the design and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. You will communicate with suppliers to source products efficiently, monitor stock levels, and maintain accurate product and pricing information within our systems.
You will also support marketing activity by helping to promote key product lines, updating the website and sharing relevant information with the sales team. Building and maintaining relationships with customers, installers and other partners will be central to the role, alongside managing returns, stock checks and helping to improve processes across our sales and supply functions.
Skills and Experience
What we would like you to bring with you.
- Internal sales and/or procurement experience
- Previous experience in a customer facing role preferred
- A willingness to learn technical lighting
- Comfortable working with stock control and CRM systems, with Odoo experience a bonus
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
