How do I make a purchase?

Place an item in your online basket and proceed to checkout. Our sales team will receive a notification and contact you to confirm details and provide an accurate quote.

You can then pay via the BACS (Banker’s Automated Clearing System) information on the quote over the phone or via a credit or debit card such as Visa.

Alternatively, contact a team member directly via email or by calling the office, and they will handle your enquiry regarding your purchase.

How much is shipping?

For standard UK orders below £500 shipping costs £15 plus VAT.

UK orders over £500 are free.

Occasionally we may need to charge more for delivery, we will discuss this with you should it be required.

Can I return an item?

Non-bespoke Lightmaster products can be returned in their original condition for a refund or credit. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned Lightmaster brand items.

Returned items will be tested for faults. If the product is found to be faulty due to non-manufacture damage, including hotwiring, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We cannot accept the return of bespoke items.

Non-Lightmaster product return policy should be discussed at the point of order.

What are IP ratings?

IP stands for Ingress Protection against dust and water.

The IP code indicates how well a device is protected against water and dust. Our external product ranges are IP65 and come with a thicker cable; these products should be used externally and in wet rooms/shower areas where they may encounter water.

Are Lightmaster products dimmable?

The dimming of a product will depend on the switch used and the type of driver. Speak to a member of the Lightmaster team to check that you have the correct driver for the lighting product.

What colour temperatures are available?

Our product range comes in 3000K as standard. For some of our products we can offer filters to adapt the colour temperature of the light output, this comes with an additional charge of £3 per fitting. Speak to a member of the Lightmaster team if you require this add on.

Acrontms you may come across with Lightmaster in relation to colour are the CCT stands for correlated temperature and CRI stands colour rendering index.
